1. Accepting these terms
By creating a Foziqo account or placing an order through our app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to order from Foziqo.
2. Our role as a platform
Foziqo is a technology platform that connects you with independent restaurants, local kitchens and snack spots, and coordinates delivery. Food is prepared by the restaurant you select. Menu details, pricing, images, allergen and nutritional information are supplied by the merchant, and responsibility for food quality, hygiene and accuracy rests with them.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
- •The total shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and delivery charges. We operate flat, transparent pricing with no surprise service charges.
- •Coupons and promo codes are subject to individual validity, minimum-order and expiry conditions, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
- •Once a restaurant begins preparing your order it generally cannot be cancelled. Delivery times shown are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
4. Cancellations & refunds
If an order arrives materially incorrect, incomplete or unfit to consume, contact support promptly with details and we will investigate. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as Foziqo credit. Repeated abuse of the refund process may result in account restrictions.
5. Merchant partner terms
Merchants using Merchant Studio are responsible for the accuracy of menus, prices and stock status, for holding all licences required to operate, and for content they upload — including bulk Excel and Zip imports. AI-generated descriptions are drafting aids: merchants must review and approve them before publishing, and remain accountable for the final published text.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent orders or payment instruments, no scraping or reverse engineering, no interference with our infrastructure, no abuse or harassment of delivery partners, restaurant staff or support agents, and no attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
7. Liability & changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foziqo's aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
